Mockup App will let you simply and easily layout and mockup your app idea.
Layout, design and virtually "run"* mockups of your apps in Mockup App.  (The main screen looks just like the iPhone home screen, with a dock and app icons. The icons are the mockup apps you layout and design within Mockup App's edit mode.) You can also test out various layouts on a single app, to fine tune a design that works best.
